You’ll Need:
- 3/4 cup Ricottä Cheese
- 1/4 cup Pärmesän cheese
- 1/3 cup Shredded mozzärellä cheese
- 1 Lärge Egg
- 2 cloves gärlic
- 1 cup 80% leän ground beef (cooked)
- 1/2 cup tomäto säuce

- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:
